Luxury View Apartment in Zakopane ( Kościelisko )

Luxurious apartment with a view of Giewont, fully furnished to a high standard, located on the high ground floor of a small, 6-family building in the picturesque Kościelisko, from which you can walk to the center of the resort, i.e. Zakopane, located in the beautiful Tatra Mountains.

The building was put into use in 2012, and our apartment, purchased during the development phase, was fully finished and equipped to a high standard in November 2013. The walls of the apartment are finished with natural granite stone and wooden log paneling with an accent of LED lighting. The entire apartment is illuminated with light from copper chandeliers and lamps.

Breathtaking views of Giewont accompany us in the bedroom, living room and dining room, where you can enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner next to a fireplace made of natural stone. You can also enjoy the wonderful view while relaxing on a leather sofa or a comfortable armchair.

The apartment includes two independent, large balconies facing the entire mountain range with the prominent Giewont mountain.

The apartment consists of a hall, finished with natural stone, with a built-in wardrobe. The open kitchen, fully equipped with custom-made kitchen furniture with LED lighting, has a large fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, multifunctional microwave/oven and utility kitchen appliances. The walls in the kitchen are completely covered with granite stone and wooden paneling.

The apartment has a large bathroom with shower, washer/dryer and central heating.

The walls of the Dining Room and Living Room are made of natural stone and log wood. The Living Room has high-quality solid wood furniture, a display case, 6 chairs for the dining table, a rocking chair, coffee tables, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a satellite socket, chandelier, copper/crystal, floor lamps, curtains/blinds, wood-burning stone fireplace with fireplace accessories, original oil paintings, wooden clock, granite and carved wood-covered radiator and carved beams. From the living room there is an exit to a large balcony with a view of Giewont and the Tatra Mountains. On the balcony there is a table with chairs, where you can also enjoy meals and views.

The bedroom is large with a dressing room, built-in log shelves on both walls, curtains/blinds, a queen-size bed, a chest of drawers and nightstand, a shelf with LED lighting, a copper/crystal chandelier, an oil painting, a granite-topped radiator and carved wood, and carved beams. The floor is covered with carpet. The bedroom also has access to another large balcony with a view of Giewont and the Tatra Mountains. Second fireplace in the bedroom.

The property is fenced with a safe electronic gate with a remote control, and there is a private parking lot.

Very close to the house there are many grocery stores, including Leviatan, the Post Office and restaurants. Ski lifts, plenty of hiking trails, national parks, mountain streams, rivers, lakes, an outdoor thermal pool and a water park are within easy reach. In this beautiful mountainous corner of Poland, apart from living, there are also many things to do and see.

The monthly rent is PLN 676, including all utilities (heating, hot and cold water consumption, electricity, snow removal, garbage collection, administrative costs and renovation fund).
